About Us

Tony is a hardworking, dedicated real estate professional with a background in the helping professions.

He graduated from the Kent School of Social Work at The University of Louisville and started his career serving the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Social Worker.

Additionally, he has owned and operated several successful businesses in the past ranging from estate liquidation, landscaping services, and home renovation. Throughout each of these ventures, his primary focus was solving problems for clients and fostering relationships. These experiences have helped to shape Tony into a professional who is focused on solutions for complex client needs.

Tony began working in Louisville’s real estate market in 2015. He fell in love with the profession immediately because of the daily opportunities to meet new people, experience new situations, and help others with such an important aspect of their life. Since then, he has assisted in the buying and selling of homes and residential land development. It soon became clear that many clients had a significant need in liquidating probated assets as well as renovating distressed properties. Over the years, Tony has found unique ways to meet these needs effectively and efficiently for each client. In doing so, he has become the professional that clients and other Realtors seek for estate liquidation guidance and distressed property sales.

Tony was joined by his wife, Jodi, in 2023. She has a professional background in education and writing. She uses her expertise to add organization, efficiency, research and extra support for clients.

Tony and Jodi are blessed to have two daughters who make their life full of fun and laughter, but everyone’s favorite family member is Dr. Ted Snuggles, their Golden Retriever. They live in Shepherdsville and are invested in helping their neighborhood and surrounding communities to thrive.
